Napa County is contemplating increasing its affordable housing fees imposed on all new development.
NVLSA opposes any increase in such fees because such fees are counterproductive and actually make housing less affordable for everyone, generating housing costs many times greater than the meager benefits enjoyed by a few lucky recipients of the subsidies.
